About Me
Been interested in R/C since 1988. I've built many surface vehicles, I probably enjoy the building more than I do running them. Job is scarce so I'm looking to use my only collateral- my R/C's. Most are NIB unused fresh builds, as soon as I learn how to upload the pics I'll put them on the site. Most are kind of modified leaning towards the hardcore highend of things ($$$). Yes I get it that I won't get out of it what I put into it, the hobby or my rides. I cannot give them away, but I can make someone a really good deal. Just a normal everyday guy with two kids! I love romping, not really into wrecking and bashing, though I always get that adrenaline feeling when I flip or sideswipe something, especially when I turn the wheels just right to get back on my feet and peel out
Currently I have a Slash, I want to get a Blitz after they come out, and am looking to custom building a SC from the ground up. I also want to build a Cuda with a 1 1/2" - 2" clearance and a front skid plate to run on rough limerock roads

hmmm, at this time would have to be when I gunned it off my back porch and cleared the 7 steps leading to the ground 10' below :) Each step is a 2x12, so it sailed a good distance! I did pop the shaft out of the left rear shock though, nothing a little pair of pliers and putting the spring and lower cup back on didn't fix!

Well let me say that I am thrilled to be a part of such a large group. I will do all that I can to support the group and I also want you guys to know that I am fairly new to this computer tech. That is why you have not not seen any pics. of me or my truck. I need someone to show me how to post pics. Anyway I am a basher at heart but I love to watch a good off-road race. I really do not have a favorite scale as I feel they all bring something to the table. I prefer electric but I also like nitro and 1/5 scale gas. I like 1/10 scale and 1/8 scale trucks. well...im born and raised in socal. ive been into r/c for about 16 years. i started with a tub chassis rc10t back in '93. i now focus on racing the club series at hot rod hobbies. i currently race sportman truggy. i run an rc8t factory team truggy with an o.s. speed tuned vz-bengine, and a dynamite 053mr pipe. im also going to start racing expert buggy. i just finished building a losi 8ight 2.0, also powered by an o.s. speed tuned vz-b, but has a jp-3 pipe. I LOVE AKA GRID IRON TIRES! im also in a car club called Xclusive Scions. i own a 2008 scion xb that i absolutely love.
